AllWell provides personal emergency response systems, mobile applications, and AI companion services for seniors. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Emergency Services

While our services are designed to facilitate emergency response, they should not be considered a replacement for traditional emergency services. In life-threatening situations, always call 911 or your local emergency services directly when possible.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure devices are charged and functioning properly
  • Keep emergency contact information up to date

6. Limitation of Liability

AllWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past 12 months.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
