All Well is a senior care app that monitors the health and wellness information about your loved ones (such as a senior or your older parents or your child) and reports it to their family and care givers. For example, a Senior dad living in a different state can be monitored by his son or daughter. The app uses only the mobile phone and analyzes the motion and movements of the phone to report daily activities. The App tracks data over a period of time and report to you daily or even hourly.
All Well app can track and report important activity information, including the first time your loved one’s phone becomes active during the day and when it is last active at night, before they fall asleep. The app can also monitor and report data such as total number of steps taken, walking/running distance, calories burned and their emotional state. The app can make reports / charts and inform you of daily or last week or even month or 2. The app will soon also be able to report on a variety of additional health and wellness data such as heart rate, etc.
All Well records data and reports activities every hour for the whole day. For Free plans it is reported on a daily basis.
A user is anyone that holds an active account with All Well. There are two account types in All Well: loved ones (typically Seniors), and Family/Caregivers.
Loved ones are seniors /elderly or children that want to share health and wellness updates with family members and caregivers.
A caregiver are family members or caregivers that want to check up on the health and wellness of their loved ones. Caregiver can also be professional caregivers or nursing home care takers or nurses or other health professionals. The above family & caregivers are also referred in the app as “Care Circle” for the loved one.
All Well uses the phone and phone motions. Its data is private and it does not know what the user is actually doing, but can analyze that user is moving or stationary. All Well collects data on the phone and analyzes the data and sends the summary the back-end cloud to share with the family. The mobile app can show caregivers the status of the loved one on when they got up, when they went to sleep, how many steps they took today, how long they walked etc. . The back-end cloud collects and stores the data and sends updates as per the requested frequency and alerts to the connected family and caregivers.
Yes, you can use it freely. Under our Free Plan, loved ones and caregivers can access much of the basic information for free. Additional subscription plans allows to access additional data, charts, graphs and more features.
Yes, the All Well app is available for Apple® iOS® and Android. Our app works with most of the latest devices including iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and more. Soon you will also be able to see reports on web browsers.
You can add your loved ones by sending them an invitation. You will be able to track and see important activity information like the first and the latest usage of their phones. You can also monitor step counts, calories spent, etc. of your loved ones, which are presented in the form of colorful charts and graphs on the dashboard of the app.
To ensure user safety, we only allow users to sign up with their mobile number. Users are able to add their e-mail address to their account after signing up.
All Well works in all countries and is available to use anywhere where there is internet. Currently , we are supporting United States, Canada and India. We will soon be adding support for users in the Europe and Asia, and other parts of the world.
Caregivers can use All Well to monitor self-isolated elderly people with mild symptoms from remote locations.

Data collection and monitoring happens via mobile phone. The loved one provides access of their phone to the All Well application. Loved ones also need to grant permission to caregivers that want to see or access their information. When a Family/caregiver requests access, they will appear on a list of clients that includes new clients asking for permission. Loved ones can accept or decline access requests. Loved ones can also see a list of caregivers and loved ones on the app.
The app can let you know the first time a loved one’s phone becomes active during the day and when it is last active at night, before they fall asleep. The app can also monitor and report data such as total number of steps taken, walking/running distance, calories spent and soon will also be able to report more from watch and health data.
The recent activity, and related data, gets updated every hour. In the dashboard charts, the caregiver will be able to see hourly statistics.
Yes, as a loved one, you can see your own data in All Well in the same view your caregiver where your caregiver would see it.
You can contact us and request to delete your data.
You can invite others by adding them from your existing contacts or by adding a new mobile number.
There is no limit to the number of caregivers you can invite with a free subscription. You can connect with as many caregivers as you would like.
No, your text messages won’t get used while inviting loved ones; however, standard incoming text rates might apply for them to receive messages from All Well.
You can invite anyone by entering their mobile number and basic information. They will receive a text message from All Well, and once they accept to join your Care Circle, they can view your data.
Under the Free Plan, you can add as many loved ones as you like, there is no limit.

Our upgrade plans are priced based on access between a caregiver and a loved one. A caregiver (or a loved one) can select a loved one for upgrade and upgrade their connection. In this process, they (or family member or anyone) can also pay for other caregivers connected with the same loved one. There are three service plans – • Free Plan - This is free of cost and will provide daily key information, but limited information without alerts. Also free plan can access only 2 days of data. • Plus Plan ($ 0.99/month) - This plan is offered with very minimal charges. It will provide some additional information and access to your data history for up to 2 weeks. • Premium Plan ($2.99/month) - Caregivers will additional information displayed under this plan along with additional premium services and access to your data history for up to 3 months.
Free Plan – Free, Plus Plan – $ 0.99/month, Premium Plan – $2.99/month, You can opt for an additional discount if you buy an annual plan.
Under the family pack, users can buy services for four or more caregivers for the price of three (3) and can save up to 25%. (ie. Add 3 and the 4th person is free). The user can pay it monthly, which will cost $9.99, or annually for $99.00.
Yes, a caregiver can select a loved one for upgrade and upgrade their connection. In this process, they can also pay for other caregivers connected with the same loved one.
Yes, you will need a separate subscription for each loved one (or Senior). Our upgrade plans are priced based on access between a caregiver and a loved one.
Yes, you can pay for others in the app. A caregiver can select other caregivers connected with a loved one. Similarly, a loved one can select one or more caregivers for upgrading their individual connections.
Yes, by opting for an annual subscription, you can save up to ~20%. (for example: 0.99 for 12 months will be $9.99

No, by uninstalling the app you can’t cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription from within the app or contact us with your information.
You can cancel your subscriptions using the cancel option available in the app. Visit your “Plans” page from the footer menu to view and manage your subscriptions.

Subscriptions get renewed automatically provided there is a valid payment method.
Subscriptions are linked to your mobile number, not to your device. If you are a caregiver and get a new or additional device, you can log in with the same credential and you'll have access to your content. If you are a loved one, we recommend not changing your device to avoid any kind of data discrepancies.
For Loved Ones/Seniors, Your account is active with your mobile number, you must have an active phone number on the device to access your All Well account. Changing numbers? Please contact us and we’ll help you with that. For the Family/Caregivers, they can access the report in the future from web browser using their email addr/account.
You are able to cancel and re-subscribe payment method by visiting the “Plans” screen from the footer menu. Additional payment management tools will be made available shortly in the upcoming months.
Currently, you cannot change your account phone number from within the app. You must contact us and we’ll help you with that.
